The Microsoft Finance and Operations (Dynamics 365) mobile app provides organizations with the ability to mobilize their business processes. Once the mobile workspaces feature is enabled by the IT admin, users can easily log in to the app and begin executing their business processes from their mobile phones.

The Microsoft Finance and Operations mobile app offers several key features that enhance productivity:

• Users can access, modify, and perform operations on business data even with intermittent network connectivity or while their mobile phones are offline. When a network connection is restored, any offline data operations are automatically synchronized with the Microsoft Finance and Operations backend.
• IT admins have the ability to create and publish customized mobile workspaces tailored to their organization's needs. The app leverages existing code assets, eliminating the need for re-implementing validation procedures, business logic, or security configurations.
• Designing mobile workspaces is made easy for IT admins with the built-in point-and-click workspace designer available in the Microsoft Finance and Operations web client.
• IT admins can further enhance offline capabilities of workspaces by utilizing the Business Logic extensibility framework. This enables customization of the user interface and processing of data even when the device is offline, ensuring a seamless experience without constant network connectivity.

To utilize the features of this mobile app, users must have a Microsoft Finance and Operations Unified Operations subscription that requires Platform Update 3.
